Kaufman Lynn Construction welcomes two executives to its management team
DELRAY BEACH, Florida – Kaufman Lynn Construction, one of the largest builders in the Southeastern United States, has added two new executives to its management team. Russell anderson joined the firm as Executive Vice President of Preconstruction and Jason patrizi took on the role of Senior Vice President of Operations.

Anderson is well known in the AECD industry for his successful leadership and ability to manage complex projects. He is the recipient of numerous industry awards, including the National Design-Build Institutes Award for Best Overall Project. His work encompasses a portfolio of over 300 nationally produced projects and completed projects that exceed 60 million square feet, including; mixed use, commercial, multi-family, hospitality, dormitories, ALF, luxury high-rise, retail, office, healthcare, education, laboratories, aviation terminals, justice and light industry.
As executive vice president responsible for preconstruction, Anderson joins Kaufman Lynn with a broad and diverse experience in the industry. Prior to joining Kaufman Lynn he was Senior Vice President of Development at Kushner / Westminster and previously in a similar role for Turnberry Development. Anderson was Senior Vice President – National Director of Pre-Construction for Moss & Associates and likewise at Turner Construction, each for over a decade. His career began in New York City as a Chartered Commercial Architect and he has made numerous contributions to the industry including Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Construction Association of South Florida CASF, Assistant Professor of Construction at Florida International. University and serving on the board of directors of Rebuilding Together.

As the new Senior Vice President of Operations, Jason Patrizi has primary responsibilities to oversee all aspects of construction operations including project development, contract negotiations, staffing assignments, planning, analysis costs and forecasts. It will also reinforce the company’s continued focus on creating operational consistency in its regional markets, while continuing to support the strategic growth and scalability of Kaufman Lynn.
With 20 years of construction experience, Patrizi has extensive knowledge in the multi-family, hospitality, criminal justice, public works, entertainment and industrial market sectors. He has also successfully led operations and construction projects in several regions including Florida, Texas, Arizona, California and Hawaii.
In addition to his experience, Patrizi started his career as a Senior Field Engineer in the petroleum refinery industry. In 2003, he turned to the commercial construction market by joining Centex Rooney Construction in South Florida, then joined Moss & Associates where he spent the last 16 years climbing the ladder to becoming Director operations for several regions, responsible for the operational coherence and ultimate financial success of the projects.
